Being a mom is one of the toughest, yet most rewarding jobs in the world. Happy Mother’s Day to all of you!
I have been photographing this little man since he was less than a week old! I can’t believe he’s already celebrating his second birthday. I love watching my little clients grow up
This was a two part session. Due to some crazy March weather we did part of the session indoors and then the rest of the session outdoors when it finally warmed up! Mr. N totally dug being outdoors much better than being indoors as most 2 year olds do!
Mom brought along a fabulous little classic car as a prop for him to hold to go along with the car shirt Dad picked out, however little dude was much more interested in this cool ride.
Chalkboard Mini Sessions are here! We don’t normally do child sessions in the studio, however after posting these pictures (of my own kiddos) on my personal Facebook page I got so many inquiries about people wanting to have this done with their children, that I decided to offer one day of mini sessions. Mini sessions will take place on Saturday, November 17th. Appointments will start at 9am and will be in 20 minute increments until 2pm. The cost is $60 ($50 for each additional child) and this will include 3 digital images on a disc (6 images for 2 children, etc.) One of the three images will include a “favorites” list. This mini session is for any child ages 3 months and up. To snag your spot please email me at jeni@flowertreephotography.com.
We are finally all moved in to our new house in Mount Joy! It feels great! There are still boxes that need unpacked and some final touches that need to take place, but I am loving having a dedicated home studio space. I had my first two sessions in it last week and can’t wait to share some new work with you all! But for now, here’s just one of my little lady. I swear she’s 4 going on 14…
I don’t often share pictures of my own family here, but I thought I’d share these with you all. Earlier this summer we had the opportunity to head up to Northern PA and stay at my family’s cabin. The weather up there is a few weeks behind ou weather here, so while we were there blueberries were still in season! We found a local farm with a great big blueberry patch (blueberry patch? Or is it blueberry field? Whatever it is technically, there were a whole bunch of blueberry bushes and tons of blueberries ripe for the picking!) My kids had so much fun! I thought we’d have a bunch of blueberries for the freezer to enjoy this winter, but apparently I underestimated the amount of blueberries these two little creatures can suck down in a week’s time! We will be back next year and we will be filling many more buckets!
Love this super sweet family! I got together with them to do a family photo with all four generations for the Grandparent’s Day insert in the Lancaster Newspaper. They are super nice people and those two boys are beyond adorable! Thank you for inviting me to your beautiful back yard to spend some time with you all! Don’t forget to look for your picture in the paper on September 9th!
Four Generations…
I can’t believe I forgot to share this session with you! For my son’s two year session back in March I decided to do a paint session. He’s a spunky little guy and I though paint would get him to stay put a little better than just trying to get him to look at me and smile, and boy was I right! He loved every minute of this session, and I did too!
I normally only shoot studio sessions for babies up to the age of 12 months, however this little paint session was so much fun that I would love to do it again with your little guy or gal! Email me at jeni@flowertreephotography.com if you are interested in a Paint Mini Session!
